• Knowing that this NIL opportunity a contractual arrangement with a booster of the university (“booster” is defined as an individual or organization that financially supports the university or the university’s athletic department or a particular sport at the university);

• Requiring or involving the use of any intellectual property belonging to your university, to include things such as trademarks, logos, facilities, or registered images, songs, or require you to wear your team colors or jersey;

• To endorse a professional sports organization;

• With the promise of future NIL opportunities by the vendor or a professional services provider/agent;
Is the compensation for this NIL opportunity, if accepted, (cash or equivalent award) to be paid in increments (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), regardless of the number of appearances, functions, or activities at which you attend;
