Employee Spotlight: David Jarmon

Today we want to introduce you to David Jarmon.

Q: Tell us a little about yourself.

A:  Married to Rachel, with two daughters, Hollynn & Sydney. We reside in my home town of Guntersville, AL.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: Fishing, Golf, Beach vacations, coaching softball

Q: What kind of expertise do you bring to Gray Analytics?

A: 20 years of experience working Federal Contracts and Government Initiatives // Graduate of Auburn University (Management Information Systems); Naval Post Graduate School Systems Engineering Certification // Systems Engineering, Product Management, Cyber, Test & Evaluation // Department of the Army Outstanding Civilian Service Medal (2009-2012)

Q: What is the best advice someone has ever given you? 

A: Time will pass whether you want it to or not. The question is, what will you do with your time?

Q: What is your favorite movie?

A: The Rookie. I’m an old baseball guy.

Q: What is the best vacation you have ever taken?

A:  All-inclusive to Jamaica, personal butler included.

Q: What’s your best advice for someone related to cybersecurity?

A: It’s not a matter of if cyber will negatively impact your organization, it’s when. Can your organization survive in a cyber contested environment with minimal loss of productivity and/or revenue?
