Gray Analytics Promotes New VP of Business Operations

Jennifer Elwell

Gray Analytics is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Elwell from Director of Business Operations to Vice President of Business Operations.

Seventeen months ago, Gray Analytics’ business operations were managed by and dependent on our sister company Thompson Gray. In September 2019, Jennifer took on the challenge of establishing the company’s business operations independently of Thompson Gray. Since then, Jennifer has worked tirelessly to build out the business operations infrastructure of Gray Analytics, expanding the following capabilities: budgeting, accounting and finance, human resources, benefits administration, time-keeping and payroll, program control, marketing and public relations, government reporting and compliance, and pricing.

Jennifer has also made important additions to her team to ensure effective operations and prepare the company for growth. She and her team do a phenomenal job managing Gray Analytics’ daily business operations.

“Jennifer has a unique ability to quickly assess situations and take the proper actions; she is typically a step ahead of any need or requirement,” said President of Gray Analytics Scott Gray. “This promotion is well-deserved and I look forward to seeing all she accomplishes as a vice president.”

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alabama’s (UA) School of Engineering and serves on the UA Computer Science Advisory Board. She also has more than 11 years of experience in engineering, marketing, and business operations, both as an employee and as a small business owner.

Congratulations, Jennifer!
